You can keep track of your application by entering your six digit Form number in the box below.
Enter your 6 digit Form number and click the Check Status button:

| If you have a query on either your Application Form or your Age Card you can progress this by going to the Contact Us section of the website and submitting your query there. |

| The 4 steps are: |

| 1. | Online application completed and payment verified ("Payment received") |
| 2. | Application form printed and sent in post ("Application form posted to you") |
| 3. | Filled out and vetted form received by printers ("Application form received back from Garda station") |
| 4. | Card printed and dispatched ("Garda Age Card dispatched") |
